We’ll review your request and approve your account within 48 hours (often sooner!).

We offer FREE worldwide DHL Express shipping on all orders.

Two conditions apply:

  1. Up to 80 kg free — If the packed weight exceeds 80 kg, you only pay the kilos above that.
  2. Remote Areas — DHL’s Remote Area surcharge must be covered by the customer.

We’ll notify you in advance if any of these apply.

Orders usually arrive in 1–5 business days worldwide.

💰 Can I order less than the minimum amount?

Our wholesale shop requires a minimum order of $250 USD and EUR to process your order.

(Most wholesalers have similar policies depending on product type and setup.)

📦 Open Box Policy – Save on Shipping!

Want to make the most of your shipping cost?

We offer an Open Box service so you can build your order over time and save! 💸✨

Here’s how it works:

  • Your box stays open for up to 60 calendar days.
  • During that time, you can keep adding lots to your order before requesting shipment.
  • When you’re ready to ship, just contact us, and we’ll calculate the shipping fee based on the final weight.

⚠️ Important:

If we don’t receive a shipping request within 60 days, we’ll automatically issue a shipping invoice based on your current box weight.

You’ll have 7 days to complete the payment.

If payment is not received by then, the order will be considered abandoned and canceled without refund.

💳 Installment Payment Policy (Exceptions Only)

Our general policy does not allow installment payments.

However, in exceptional cases, we may approve a split-payment plan under the following conditions:

 

1️⃣ Payment Deadlines

All payments must be made on the dates previously agreed. Punctuality is essential.

 

2️⃣ Rescheduling a Payment Date

Need to reschedule?

You must notify us in advance. Only one extension of up to 5 days will be granted — no exceptions.

 

3️⃣ Abandoned Orders

If deadlines are missed or payments are not completed on time, the order will be considered abandoned and automatically canceled.

 

4️⃣ No Refunds

⚠️ Payments made are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

By choosing to pay in installments, you are accepting all of the above terms.

We kindly recommend that you only choose this option if you’re certain you can follow through. Otherwise, your payment and order may be lost.

🧾 VAT Policy – What You Need to Know | EU CUSTOMERS 🇪🇺

For EU Customers 🇪🇺

  • If you have a valid VAT numberno VAT will be charged.
  • If you don’t have a valid VAT number, we are legally required to add 21% Spanish VAT to your order.
  • No VAT refunds will be issued if the number was not provided at the time of purchase.

Make sure your VAT number is valid and registered in the VIES system.

 

For Non-EU Customers 🌍

  • Customers outside the European Union are not charged VAT.

✈️ Shipping Policy – Read Before We Ship!

Free Worldwide DHL Express Shipping

We offer FREE DHL Express shipping worldwide for all wholesale and retail orders.

However, two special conditions apply:

1. Weight Limit — Free Shipping up to 50 kg

Free shipping applies to any order up to 50 kg once fully packed.

If the final packed weight exceeds 50 kg, the customer will pay only the kilos above 50 kg.

We will notify you of the exact additional cost before shipping.

2. DHL Remote Area Addresses

If your address is classified by DHL as a Remote Area, a Remote Area surcharge must be paid by the customer — regardless of the order weight.

We will inform you if this applies once DHL confirms your address classification.

Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, or handling fees that may occur during transit or upon arrival in your country.

These charges are solely the customer’s responsibility.

Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.

Insurance (Optional but Recommended)

Shipping fees do not include insurance by default.

We highly recommend adding shipping insurance, especially for fragile or high-value orders.

If you’d like to insure your shipment against breakage or loss:

  1. Notify us immediately after placing your order
  2. We will calculate the insurance cost directly through the DHL platform
  3. The insurance amount will be added to your final shipping fee (if applicable)

Important

We are not responsible for any damage during transit if insurance is not requested.

If your package is insured, any claims must be processed through DHL’s insurance procedure.

Compensation will be issued only if approved by the carrier.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders ship via DHL Express, fully tracked and delivered worldwide.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

📦 Damaged Items – What to Do

We take great care in packing every order to ensure your crystals arrive safely and sound.

However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit — especially with fragile pieces and international handling.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your package.

While we cannot offer refunds or replacements for damage caused during shipping or by Customs inspections, we’ll do our best to assist you and guide you through the next steps.


🛡 IF YOU PAID FOR SHIPPING INSURANCE:

We can open a claim with DHL on your behalf — but we’ll need your help.

Please send us the following:

✅ Clear photos of the exterior of the box exactly as it was received

✅ Include any visible signs of damage

✅ And any evidence that the package may have been opened by Customs (such as tape or inspection notices)


⏳ Important:

To file a claim, you must submit all required documentation within a maximum of 2 calendar days after receiving the package.

Unfortunately, no claims can be processed after this period has passed.
