Our products are natural crystals and minerals. Each piece is unique and may present natural variations in color, shape, size, weight, inclusions, texture, surface, transparency, brightness, internal fractures, growth lines, mineral deposits, natural marks or small imperfections.

These characteristics are part of the natural formation of the mineral and are not considered defects.

- Claimed items cannot be changed, exchanged, removed or returned due to change of mind

Lemurian Quartz ships internationally through carriers such as DHL Express or other logistics providers, depending on the destination, product type, availability and operational requirements.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may be affected by customs, inspections, holidays, remote areas, incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather, local restrictions, security checks or events beyond our control.

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, transit handling, customs inspection and local delivery procedures are outside our direct control.

15. Customs, duties and import taxes

International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import rules of their country.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees, remote area surcharges, storage fees, inspection fees, brokerage fees or local charges required in the destination country.
