How to order?
1. Apply for an account (the verification process takes 1-3 working days).
2. We will confirm.
3. Log in to your account.
4. Select your favorite products and add them to your cart, if you need to close the page for any reason, your order will be automatically saved when you come back but don't take too long because another customer can take any of those lots if you don't complete the payment, it's the only way to secure your order!
5. Complete the payment, if the total amount without VAT exceeds $800 USD shipping will be free, if not please contact us once you have completed the payment and we will kindly calculate the shipping fee for you. We will send you a new payment link and once you have paid for it we will start packing your order for dispatch.
6. Once shipped, we will send you a DHL tracking number. Expect your order to arrive to your destination in 1-5 working days (depending on your location).
Do I need to have a business to apply for a wholesale account?
Who is eligible to shop Wholesale?
You sell crystals:
- Brick and mortar store (metaphysical shop, bookstore, salon, apothecary, plant nursery, etc.)
- Online (Etsy, Shopify, Live Sales, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Pop ups (shows, markets, events, etc.)
You use crystals in your business or craft:
- Energy Healers, Tarot Readers, Psychics
- Artisans (making jewelry or art)
- Decor in your place of business (hotels, restaurants, wineries, showing homes, etc.)
Can I order less than the minimum order amount?
We require orders to meet a minimum amount for processing. This is necessary due to our low pricing. Most wholesalers have similar policies based on product types and setup.
When can I view the prices on your products?
After you have registered and your account has been activated, you can view our wholesale prices and place an order. Every time thereafter, when you login, product prices will appear.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees will be calculated individually with each buyer after the order has been paid. Please contact us.
Our courier is DHL express and we ship worldwide.
Can I add items after placing an order?
Adding additional items to your order is possible as long as we have not yet dispatched your order. You can do so by replying to the original order confirmation, by email. We will then first check whether the relevant items are in stock. If this is the case, we will send you a payment link so you can pay the remaining amount.
Then we will proceed to ship out everything together.
VAT
Customers from countries within the EU with a valid VAT number and customers outside the EU are not charged VAT. Customers within the EU without a valid VAT number will be charged VAT.
If your VAT number changes, you are responsible for communicating this to us via an email to: quartzlemurian@gmail.com
We will then check the VAT number and update it in our system.
What if some of the items arrive damaged?
We take great care in our packaging to ensure your crystals arrive safely. However, in rare cases, damage can occur during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order. While we cannot provide reimbursements for damages that occur during shipping or due to mishandling by customs, we’ll do our best to assist you.
To help us assess the situation, we may ask you to send photos of the damaged item, as well as the inside and outside of the box. Once we have this information, we will guide you on the next steps.
