For wholesale pricing, we work with crystal shops, online retailers, jewellery designers, holistic practitioners and resellers — simply apply, and if you're serious about sourcing quality Colombian crystals, we'll get you set up.

Once your wholesale account is approved, you can start purchasing pieces without committing to an immediate shipment. We hold your selected items for up to 60 days while you continue adding to your order. When you're ready — or when the 60-day window closes — we calculate the shipping cost based on the total weight and dispatch everything together. It's designed to help you reach a meaningful order size without the pressure of shipping after every purchase.

All orders ship via DHL Express, billed at actual cost based on the total weight and volume of your shipment and your destination country. Shipping is invoiced separately after your order is packed and weighed — so you always know the exact amount before we dispatch.

Orders over $400 USD qualify for free worldwide DHL Express shipping, covering up to 10 kg of packaged weight. Any weight beyond that is billed at cost to the buyer.

DHL Express typically delivers within 3 to 7 business days to most destinations worldwide. Asia (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore) and Oceania usually receive orders in 3 to 5 business days. Europe and the UK in 3 to 5 business days. USA and Canada in 1 to 2 business days. All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery. Customs clearance times may vary and are outside our control.
