Step 2: Wait for Approval âď¸
Weâll review your request and approve your account within 48 hours (often sooner!).
Once approved, youâll receive an email to activate your account and access our exclusive wholesale portal.
Step 3: Explore the Wholesale Portal đ
Log in and dive into our private selection of Lemurian crystals, clusters, Needles, rare finds and more! Each lot comes with detailed HD Videos and descriptions so you know exactly what youâre getting.

Step 4: Add to Cart & Pay Securely đ
See something you love? Add it to your cart and complete your payment via credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

Step 5: Shipping Fee âď¸
After payment, weâll calculate your exact shipping cost based on the total weight and destination.
We ship with DHL Express, and orders usually arrive in 1â5 business days worldwide.

Once shipped, weâll send you a DHL tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Who can shop Wholesale with us?
We work exclusively with professionals, but donât worry, that covers more than just having a formal store. If you use or sell crystals as part of your business, youâre probably eligible! Hereâs how:

â Online stores (Etsy, Shopify, Live Sales, Instagram, TikTok, RedNote & more)
â Pop-ups, markets, shows, festivals & events

â Energy workers (Reiki, tarot, psychics, sound healers, etc.)
â Artisans (crystal jewelry, wire wrapping, mixed media, etc.)

đ¸ When can I view the prices on your products?
Youâll be able to see our wholesale prices right after your account is approved and activated.
From then on, every time you log in, prices will be visible automatically, no need to request access again! đâ¨
đ° Can I order less than the minimum amount?
Our wholesale shop requires a minimum order of $400 USD to process your order.
Why? Because our prices are already deeply discounted for resellers, and handling smaller orders wouldnât be sustainable at this rate. đâ¨
(Most wholesalers have similar policies depending on product type and setup.)
đ Just browsing or buying for yourself?
No problem! You can shop freely â with no minimum order â in our Collectors Shop, where we offer premium pieces available to everyone.

đŚ Open Box Policy â Save on Shipping!
Want to make the most of your shipping cost?
We offer an Open Box service so you can build your order over time and save! đ¸â¨
Hereâs how it works:
- Your box stays open for up to 60 calendar days.
- During that time, you can keep adding lots to your order before requesting shipment.
- When youâre ready to ship, just contact us, and weâll calculate the shipping fee based on the final weight.
â ď¸ Important:
If we donât receive a shipping request within 60 days, weâll automatically issue a shipping invoice based on your current box weight.
Youâll have 7 days to complete the payment.
If payment is not received by then, the order will be considered abandoned and canceled without refund.
đł Installment Payment Policy (Exceptions Only)
Our general policy does not allow installment payments.
However, in exceptional cases, we may approve a split-payment plan under the following conditions:

1ď¸âŁ Payment Deadlines
All payments must be made on the dates previously agreed. Punctuality is essential.

2ď¸âŁ Rescheduling a Payment Date
Need to reschedule?
You must notify us in advance. Only one extension of up to 5 days will be granted â no exceptions.

3ď¸âŁ Abandoned Orders
If deadlines are missed or payments are not completed on time, the order will be considered abandoned and automatically canceled.

4ď¸âŁ No Refunds
â ď¸Â Payments made are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
By choosing to pay in installments, you are accepting all of the above terms.
We kindly recommend that you only choose this option if youâre certain you can follow through. Otherwise, your payment and order may be lost.
đ§ž VAT Policy â What You Need to Know
For EU Customers đŞđş
- If you have a valid VAT number, no VAT will be charged.
- If you donât have a valid VAT number, we are legally required to add 21% Spanish VAT to your order.
- No VAT refunds will be issued if the number was not provided at the time of purchase.
â Make sure your VAT number is valid and registered in the VIES system.

For Non-EU Customers đ
- Customers outside the European Union are not charged VAT.
đ VAT Number Updates
If your VAT number changes, it is your responsibility to notify us by email:

âď¸ Shipping Policy â Read Before We Ship!
Shipping fees are calculated individually for each order after payment is completed.
đ Please contact us once youâve paid so we can calculate your exact shipping cost based on weight and destination.

đŚ Whatâs included (and whatâs not)
đŤÂ We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or handling fees that may occur during transit or upon arrival in your country. Customers are solely responsible for covering such charges.
đŤÂ Shipping fees do not include insurance by default.
We highly recommend adding shipping insurance, especially for fragile or high-value orders.
If youâd like to insure your shipment in case of breakage or loss, let us know immediately after payment â before we process your shipment.
The insurance cost will be calculated directly on the DHL platform and added to your final shipping fee.

We are not responsible for any damage during transit if insurance is not requested.
If your package is insured, any claim must be handled through the carrierâs insurance process, and compensation will be issued if approved by them.

đŚ Damaged Items â What to Do
We take great care in packing every order to ensure your crystals arrive safely and sound.
However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit â especially with fragile pieces and international handling.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your package.
While we cannot offer refunds or replacements for damage caused during shipping or by Customs inspections, weâll do our best to assist you and guide you through the next steps.
đĄ IF YOU PAID FOR SHIPPING INSURANCE:
We can open a claim with DHL on your behalf â but weâll need your help.
Please send us the following:
â Clear photos of the exterior of the box exactly as it was received
â Include any visible signs of damage
â And any evidence that the package may have been opened by Customs (such as tape or inspection notices)
âłÂ Important:
To file a claim, you must submit all required documentation within a maximum of 2 calendar days after receiving the package.
Unfortunately, no claims can be processed after this period has passed.
