Step 5: Shipping Fee ✈️
Once the order is placed, we carefully pack the crystals, calculate the exact shipping cost based on weight and dimensions, and then send you an invoice with the corresponding shipping fee. As soon as payment is confirmed, we ship the order.

*Valid for shipments up to 15 kg. For orders exceeding this weight, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees for the excess.
Orders usually arrive in 1–5 business days worldwide.

💸 When can I view the prices on your products?
You’ll be able to see our wholesale prices right after your account is approved and activated.
From then on, every time you log in, prices will be visible automatically, no need to request access again! 🔐✨
💰 Can I order less than the minimum amount?
Our wholesale shop requires a minimum order of $400 USD/EUR to process your order.
(Most wholesalers have similar policies depending on product type and setup.)

No problem! You can shop freely — with no minimum order — in our Collectors Shop, where we offer premium pieces available to everyone.
📦 Open Box Policy – Save on Shipping!
Want to make the most of your shipping cost?
We offer an Open Box service so you can build your order over time and save! 💸✨
Here’s how it works:
- Your box stays open for up to 60 calendar days.
- During that time, you can keep adding lots to your order before requesting shipment.
- When you’re ready to ship, just contact us, and we’ll calculate the shipping fee based on the final weight.
⚠️ Important:
If we don’t receive a shipping request within 60 days, we’ll automatically issue a shipping invoice based on your current box weight.
You’ll have 7 days to complete the payment.
If payment is not received by then, the order will be considered abandoned and canceled without refund.
💳 Installment Payment Policy (Exceptions Only)
Our general policy does not allow installment payments.
However, in exceptional cases, we may approve a split-payment plan under the following conditions:
1️⃣ Payment Deadlines
All payments must be made on the dates previously agreed. Punctuality is essential.
2️⃣ Rescheduling a Payment Date
Need to reschedule?
You must notify us in advance. Only one extension of up to 5 days will be granted — no exceptions.
3️⃣ Abandoned Orders
If deadlines are missed or payments are not completed on time, the order will be considered abandoned and automatically canceled.
4️⃣ No Refunds
⚠️ Payments made are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
By choosing to pay in installments, you are accepting all of the above terms.
We kindly recommend that you only choose this option if you’re certain you can follow through. Otherwise, your payment and order may be lost.
🧾 VAT Policy – What You Need to Know | EU CUSTOMERS 🇪🇺
For EU Customers 🇪🇺
- If you have a valid VAT number, no VAT will be charged.
- If you don’t have a valid VAT number, we are legally required to add 21% Spanish VAT to your order.
- No VAT refunds will be issued if the number was not provided at the time of purchase.

For Non-EU Customers 🌍
- Customers outside the European Union are not charged VAT.

At Lemurian Quartz, every order is carefully packed and shipped worldwide through trusted international carriers. We currently ship all international orders via DHL Express, offering fast, reliable and fully tracked delivery.
Worldwide DHL Express Shipping
We offer FREE Worldwide DHL Express Shipping on all orders over $400 USD*.
*This offer is valid for shipments up to 15 kg. If an order exceeds 15 kg, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees related to the excess weight, volume, remote area surcharges or special handling requirements.
Shipping promotions may vary depending on the order value, destination country, total weight, campaign, product type or specific commercial agreement. Lemurian Quartz reserves the right to modify or discontinue shipping promotions at any time.
Shipping method
All eligible orders are shipped via DHL Express, fully tracked and delivered worldwide.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment directly through DHL.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, holidays, remote areas or circumstances beyond our control.
Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment has been received and confirmed.
Processing time may vary depending on the size of the order, the number of lots included, the packing requirements, pending shipping information or whether the order is part of a private sale, wholesale order, open box or live sale.
We take extra care when packing natural crystals and minerals, especially fragile formations, clusters, points, needles and high-value pieces.
Taxes, duties and customs fees
International customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, handling fees, storage fees or any other local charges that may apply in the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping promotion and are solely the customer’s responsibility.
Lemurian Quartz is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, additional charges, import restrictions, package holds, rejected shipments or local delivery issues caused by customs authorities, carriers or local regulations.
Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.
Remote area surcharges and special delivery fees
Some destinations may be classified by DHL as remote areas or may require additional delivery fees.
If a remote area surcharge, special handling fee or additional logistics cost applies, Lemurian Quartz may contact the customer before shipping the order.
When applicable, these extra fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping insurance
Shipping insurance is optional but strongly recommended, especially for fragile, rare, high-value or wholesale orders.
Shipping fees do not include insurance by default.
If you would like to insure your shipment against breakage, loss or other carrier-covered risks, please notify us immediately after placing your order and before the package is shipped.
We will calculate the insurance cost directly through the DHL platform and confirm the additional amount with you before dispatch.
If insurance is requested, the insurance cost will be added to your final shipping fee or charged separately when applicable.
Damage, loss and carrier claims
We carefully pack every order using protective materials suitable for international shipping. However, once a package is handed to DHL or another carrier, transit handling, customs inspections and local delivery procedures are outside our direct control.
Lemurian Quartz is not responsible for damage, breakage, loss, delays or mishandling during transit if shipping insurance was not requested and paid before shipment.
If your shipment was insured, any claim must be processed according to DHL’s insurance procedure. Compensation will be issued only if the claim is reviewed and approved by the carrier.
Approval, rejection, amount and timing of any compensation are subject to DHL’s terms, investigation and final decision.
To support any claim, the customer must keep all packaging materials and provide clear photos and/or videos of:
- The outer box
- The shipping label
- The inner packaging
- The damaged item or items
- Any signs of customs inspection, repacking or carrier handling
Claims without sufficient evidence may not be accepted by the carrier.
Customs inspection and repacking
Customs authorities may open, inspect or repack international shipments.
Lemurian Quartz is not responsible for damage, missing items, delays or changes in packaging condition caused by customs inspection, government authorities, carrier handling or third-party repacking.
If your package appears to have been opened, inspected or repacked, please take photos and videos before removing all items from the box.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including full name, address, postal code, phone number, email address and any import information required in the destination country.
Lemurian Quartz is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, additional charges or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated customer information.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay customs charges, lack of response to the carrier or failure to collect the package, any additional shipping, return, customs or storage costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking and delivery
All DHL Express shipments include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or through the communication channel used for your order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and respond promptly to any DHL or customs request.
If DHL requires additional information, tax payment, import documentation or delivery confirmation, delays may occur if the customer does not respond in time.

📦 Damaged Items – What to Do
We take great care in packing every order to ensure your crystals arrive safely and sound.
However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit — especially with fragile pieces and international handling.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your package.
While we cannot offer refunds or replacements for damage caused during shipping or by Customs inspections, we’ll do our best to assist you and guide you through the next steps.
🛡 IF YOU PAID FOR SHIPPING INSURANCE:
We can open a claim with DHL on your behalf — but we’ll need your help.
Please send us the following:
✅ Clear photos of the exterior of the box exactly as it was received
✅ Include any visible signs of damage
✅ And any evidence that the package may have been opened by Customs (such as tape or inspection notices)
⏳ Important:
To file a claim, you must submit all required documentation within a maximum of 2 calendar days after receiving the package.
Unfortunately, no claims can be processed after this period has passed.
